The staff are friendly and helpful, but room cleanliness and water jams are very annoying.

Staf ramah cuma kamar tidak recommended, banyak tungau banyak nyamuk air mati TV mati, pesen dua malam baru semalam udah check out, dari check in sampe check out belum ada air dan gak ada solusi. Tidak bisa tidur semalaman gara-gara di kerubutin tungau sama nyamuk, jika harga kamar di app tidak sama sama standar mereka maka akan di suruh bayar selisihnya. Kecewa.

Kasurnya sangat kotor, membuat kulit jadi ruam, air kamar mandi tergenang, tolong lebih niat lagi

Room and bed is not clean. No basic amenities included. Smells smoke along night. Noisy because of childs. Extra charge without published before booking. Service is bad.

Was not told the room on the 4th floor, lots of mosquitoes.

The check-in process is quite fast, but there is a fee that is requested outside the application. In the bathroom there is also only 1 towel, without bath soap. There is also no free welcome drink in the room. The air conditioner is not cold enough, the TV cannot be watched because all the channels are blurry, the windows cannot be closed so mosquitoes enter the room, the sheets and pillows smell bad and are dull in color.

Hopefully it can be improved in the future.

The smell of cigarettes, even though the information is non-smoking. The sheets are dirty. But the ac is cold, delicious. Well, at this price, you don't have to expect much.
