There was no soap provided. The sheets and pillows were dirty. The room smelled of cigarettes, and the AC remote didn't work. The floor looked like it had never been swept.

The location and room are actually comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room and toilet is very bad, there are saws in the room, the bathroom is dirty and there is no soap or shampoo.
