Uncomfortable beds. Bathroom tub stopper broken

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel

Shontell was very professional. Didn’t like the way the room was setup. Was not given the room I booked. Booked kitchenette, but only had small frig and microwave

Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was excellent and a variety of options were available. Staff was courteous

The room was clean and comfortable enough, but the refrigerator was too noisy to use it and the heat/AC was inconsistent. Breakfast was pure chaos. There is not enough staff to manage keeping everything cleaned and stocked. The front desk person was just rude and condescending when I had questions about the charges on my account. Most of the parking lot was coned off and not accessible. The property itself is decent, but the stay was uncomfortable due to staff interactions (or lack thereof.

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Easy parking, Has gym, pool, breakfast, small “market”. Easy check in and check out. Free grub hub delivery and restaurants nearby.

I guess you could say that I’m a regular. If I go to Albany, I am now pretty much staying at the Hampton Inn. You can always rely on a Hilton property.

Business trip to capital. Hotel is a few miles but straight on 20 from capital. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great

Conveniently located off the highway

Property and service were great. Expedia charged me twice and they still haven't cleared it up. The hotel worked very hard to get it resolved, even telling Expedia that they were not charging me for the second reservation. So that means Expedia took my money.

Staff was lovely

I’m here tending to my mother in the hospital for an indefinite stay. The staff and particularly Brittany. Has been sympathetic and helpful. Breakfast is good which makes logistics easier

My daughter was moving to the Albany area and this hotel was amazing because we were able to park a 26 foot U-Haul easily in their parking lot and felt completely safe leaving everything there. The hotel was close to everything and we were able to find great food and have a good night after a long move.
