I read reviews and decided to choose this hotel. Here are some of my experiences after staying here: - There are three buildings in total displaying the sign "Hotel 986." The first building, in yellow, is the check-in counter, the second is for motorbike parking, and there's a parking lot for cars behind it. - The reception desk is almost always unattended. If you want to contact them, you have to call the hotline directly. Sometimes the call goes through, sometimes it doesn't, which is a bit inconvenient, especially since we only received support via phone when dealing with room issues. - Regarding the room: We arrived around 12 PM and were told there were no rooms available, so we left our luggage and went to eat. At 2 PM, we returned and were told we had room 201, but when we got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned yet. After we reported it, we were moved to room 711. The door was sagging and wouldn't close properly, but we needed to shower immediately before going to Mount Ba Den, as we had already booked cable car tickets. A staff member then came down to check the door and told us to push it open. After checking, they said they would change rooms again, but since we needed to use the bathroom urgently and wanted to avoid having to move our belongings too many times, we accepted it. Aside from the door issue, the room was generally clean. It was a ground-floor room, so there wasn't much of a view, but the air conditioner was incredibly noisy, like a washing machine. - If you want a late check-out, you should ask beforehand to check room availability; it costs 40k VND per hour for late check-outs, according to our experience. => Overall, the hotel was decent, except for the unpleasant experiences we had.
