Towels weren't available. I asked the staff and they said they didn't have any. They were probably forced to provide whatever was available, which was already torn. What's this? There aren't even towels. Please take note of this to the manager in charge.

This hotel is suitable for people who come home really late because they have to work overtime. The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. It's good enough for just sleeping and having to leave early for the office the next morning.

The hot water is not warm enough, no Baskin, the breakfast is unhealthy (pop mie) but can't choose without breakfast, no lift.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, but there's only one outlet, so if you want to charge your phone, you have to turn off the TV. By the way, this is a sharia hotel, but at 1 am the room next to mine was really noisy, moaning with pleasure.

It's pleasant, even though it's close to public transportation, it's not noisy. The staff is friendly, can handle late checkout, and the staff is quick. The price is reasonable with the facilities.

Thank you to FO (Miss Puteri) who promptly and welcomingly helped move us from room 106 to 103.
This is my first time here.
FO and security staff are friendly.
The location is very strategic, with many modes of transportation and lots of food nearby.
It's also close to Eco Park.
A highly recommended transit hotel

The room was quite nice, clean, and fragrant. But it's a shame the soap dispenser was often empty. Why not just have small bars of soap? It's more practical than liquid soap, which is often empty.

The front desk and especially the security are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available, Wi-Fi is fast, the rooms are comfortable, and the water heater works well. There's no deposit; you just need to return your ID card upon checkout. Recommended.
