The hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff who always greeted us with smiles and did their best to make our stay comfortable. The food was also a highlight — tasty, well-prepared, and enjoyable throughout our stay. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas needs improvement. Some areas were not properly cleaned, which affected the overall comfort. With better attention to hygiene and maintenance, this hotel could be a much better place, especially considering the excellent service and good food.
