Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, rộng rãi, chủ nhà rất thân thiện. Phòng có bếp nhỏ, máy giặt, nước nóng, máy lạnh. Rất gần biển và có cả dịch vụ cho thuê xe máy rất tiện lợi.
