Here are some of my impressions: 1. Welcome service: There were staff coordinating cars and receiving luggage at the gate. The check-in area was very crowded, with guests sitting quite haphazardly. There were no welcome drinks, face towels, or assistance with getting to the rooms. The area looked a bit run-down, with mold on the ceiling, and the air conditioner was dripping water onto guests sitting there 😭 2. Regarding the rooms: Clean, spacious, and with a beautiful view. Food and entertainment are expensive but acceptable. Drinks cost around 100k-180k VND per person. The hot pot buffet is around 500k VND per person. 3. Breakfast buffet: Diverse but nothing to wow. Similar to other resort models. For 7 million VND per night, my overall experience would be a 7/10.

This is the most beautiful and amazing resort I've ever stayed at. The food is delicious, suits my taste, and is very diverse. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and very polite. The service is excellent. The resort is beautiful, perfect for taking photos from any angle. 10 stars for this resort!

Recommend for family trip, there are a lot of activities in the resort (3 restaurants, 1 cinema, 3 coffee shops, kid club, football and basketball, 2 swimming pools, ...)

The room includes free soft drinks and is suitable for families with young children.

The check-in staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, refusing to assist customers with any issues. They only tried to resolve the problem when customers demanded to speak to a manager. We paid more for 5-star service but received only 1-star. We will not return and advise families with young children not to visit.

The rooms in the resort are spacious and comfortable. The downside is that there are no straw bags for guests to store their belongings. The grounds are small and there is no place to ride bicycles.

Friendly staff, clean hotel

Hotel service was good in general, however the hotel policy on number of guests staying at one room is very unreasonable. I booked a suite with 2 bedroom for parents and 1 kid (one with king bed and 2 standard beds), and was informed that the suite price is only for 2 guests staying, extra will be charged. I had to pay extra for my kid to stay in a two bedrooms suite with us. Almost all activities and swimming accessories such as floaties as rentals, kid club is charged by the hours/ by the whole day. I would rather pay higher amount for the room and everything is included rather than encounter extra charge for every single thing. I understand staffs sometimes have to be strictly followed the directions but the one at front desk checking us in was not very good at helping the situation. We will not coming back. Sorry!

The overall services are good, from the shuttle bus from HCMC, quick check-in, good food at the restaurant, pool for kids, many places for photo shooting, clean and comfy rooms, my kid liking the corridor way. There are many nice places internally. We also ate out for one dinner at a nearby seafood place, taking a taxi for 10 minutes. Good short 1 night stay for family with kids.

My family with 2 little kids (1.5 years old and 4 years old) stayed one night and it was a pleasure and ease from the shuttle bus from HCM to the facility to the helpful staff. We enjoyed the facility, the meal, and the services so much. The kids enjoyed the kid pool, and the pool guard was nice and helpful. The check in and check out were fast. It was all good for family with kids.

Enthusiastic and gentle staff

Should experience, a bit sad at night because it's far from the center, there are few restaurants around.

I had a memorable vacation, worthy of expectations including shuttle service (but it's often full so I have to book early) friendly staff arranged a room early when I arrived at 12pm. In the common area there are many amenities (game zone, cinema (new movie), convenience store, I also have 2 children so I can't move out much so an area with full functions, entertainment, eating, sleeping, swimming like that meets my expectations, will come back in July (but I wish there were more buses because booking all the way back and forth to pick up guests makes me sick)

Spacious, clean room. Great sea view. Quick and easy procedure. Enthusiastic staff. Diverse, delicious breakfast, served continuously.

The elevator is quite far away, the food is not good.

I had a bad experience when the restaurant was too crowded for breakfast and had to switch to another restaurant in the area, but the number of guests was just as crowded. I deposited but checked out more than 17 days ago and still have not received a refund from the resort. I contacted the operator, the staff said they would check and report back but there was no response.

100 points, no buts. :) Very suitable for families, large campus, if you have children under 2 years old, you should bring a stroller for your child, to move comfortably within the area. Staff at all levels from management to service are enthusiastic and friendly.
