The room is big, spacious, clean, complete facilities, the balcony is champion, there is also a campfire in it. Only access to the lobby is up the stairs so it is a bit difficult when carrying a big suitcase. The breakfast menu has pho, oh my goodness... And the bread is also delicious, they don't know anymore whether it's because it's cold, lol.

The Sky Villa room was amazing! Waking up to see the sea, the price was great, and the staff provided excellent service.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The view from the hotel is great, you can see the beautiful mountain from the restaurant. The hotel is near to everywhere, including Sapa Station and Sapa Stone Church.

The hotel is amazing up on the hillside. One thing is that my family came in with a car, which needed to park behind the hill in another hotel. Many stairs, but the view from the sky villa is magnificent.

Staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable as well. However the elevator does not serve all levels so may have to use the stairs. Staff are happy to help with your suitcases though!

The staff is enthusiastic, friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It looks small from downstairs but the 7th floor is large with a villa area up there to enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet restaurant has few dishes but the view of the mountains and clouds is very chill.

upgraded room with a nice view breakfast is delicious, really there are 4 hotels that I stopped at in Vietnam this hotel is the best and the toothbrush is also the best, the bristles are very soft not like hotel toothbrushes in general and there is a heater so it's not cold when greeted

Staff was amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel was very cozy, combined with the weather in Sa Pa gives a wonderful staying experience. Breakfast was good too. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel really fits its name, anywhere they have arts/paintings in different areas. Our room got the best view outside, it is also spacious. The staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. The only problem is the hot water in the toilet, especially in the morning. You need to wait for 10 minutes and you can only use it for 15 minutes because many guests use it. We wake up earlier than we should be because the water is ice cold. I hope they will fix it. Hot water should be used anytime, especially this cold season, 3 to 6c temp that time. For now, I will give it an 8.5/10.

The location offers excellent accessibility to nearby restaurants and shops. The room's interior design exudes a cozy atmosphere, complemented by modern facilities. The staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, it would be beneficial to provide at least two pillows per guest, as one pillow is insufficient.

The hotel is located very close to the center. I chose the Valleyview room. The room was really beautiful, great view. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Delicious breakfast food.
