Great food, great location, and friendly staff.

Just across the Mandalika Kuta Beach. Very nice view from the hotel restaurant. A lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel. Nice room. Great place to stay.

Our stay at Raja Hotel Kuta Mandalika, which included two Deluxe King Pool View rooms with a balcony and an extra bed (breakfast included), was very pleasant. The bedroom was spacious, with cool air conditioning, a soft mattress, a working TV, a long table, hangers, an electric kettle with coffee, sugar, and tea, and a trash can. The bathroom was quite spacious, with working hot water, and provided toiletries, towels, a mat, tissues, and a trash can. A small note: water from the shower can get into the dry areas (sink and toilet) because the entrance to the shower is open without a partition. Furthermore, the shower area is glass, not a wall, so if you're sharing a room with someone other than your partner, it can be a bit uncomfortable because your silhouette can be seen from outside. So, for safety, all the lights were turned off when showering. The hotel is strategically located on the beachfront. Close to the Mandalika circuit. There are many minimarkets, food vendors, and vehicle rentals nearby. The hotel is large and well-equipped. There is a souvenir shop. You can rent electric bicycles. Parking is ample. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. When contacted via WhatsApp, the hotel admin responded in a friendly and informative manner. The restaurant directly faces the beach. The food is delicious and has a wide variety. The staff is also quick to remove used plates and glasses. The swimming pool is very spacious. There is a gym, spa, and meeting room available. The hotel has a very strategic location right in front of Kuta Beach, with easy and convenient access to the beach. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the food is enjoyable. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would be happy to come back again.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and activities for young children are great. All the hotel staff are very friendly. We enjoyed and we will definitely come back next time we are in Lombok. Sahib H

I stayed here and got two rooms on the third floor. Both rooms were uncomfortable. I asked to be moved, but only got one room.

Friendly and good and polite service.

The bedroom was dirty, the toilet leaked, and there were mold spots. The bedsheets were dirty and smelled stale. The interior was damaged, and the TV remote was broken. The pool was tiled and needed immediate renovation before being rented out. It wasn't worth renting for the price we paid. The water was off for over 5 hours on the second day because the pump was broken.

So far it's fun, but please maintain cleanliness.

Staff are all very polite and helpful. However, the hotel building, though only opened in 2022, is already in a worn-out state.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. I got a pool view room, but unfortunately, the sliding door was broken, so it wouldn't close properly and was difficult to open and close.

At check-in, the room wasn't ready. There was no room service menu, but the view from the room was fantastic.

Good for staycation. I love the beach view, Mandalika view. The pool is large, and the staffs are also really friendly.

Kuta Mandalika Beach is just steps away, with restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. The hotel offers complete facilities for morning jogs or simply a comfortable walk. The only downside is that the in-room Wi-Fi is currently down.
