We brought our family here from Vietnam for a vacation, booked 3 nights, and had a terrible experience from the rooms to the service. The curtains were torn, the pool was dirty, the bathroom leaked, the toilet smelled like sewage, out of 4 rooms in the villa, 3 smelled bad, and the other had a clogged drain. When we complained, they fixed it, but the smell was back to square one. When we ordered food, we asked how many people were eating and they said there were 8, but they brought in the food without even a plate (why ask how many people?). The staff were rude when we called for a car. Booking a car took a long time. It felt like a hellish vacation instead of a relaxing one. In short, after just one night, we had a terrible experience. It's not worth spending over 60 million VND on service. We will never return.

The staff were helpful, and renting a one-bedroom villa with a pool was great, although the bedroom was small.

The pool lights are dangerous and can cause cuts to guests' feet, the bathroom tiles are unsafe, and the room cleaning service is inadequate and not thorough.

Food was terrible at all the restaurants, but the service was excellent.

Room was old and shower floor had mold. Too crowded at breakfast.

I came here to experience it and was very satisfied.

I stayed at garden villa and the room was very nice but the pool layout feels a bit cramped. The facility was in great shape & staffs were friendly. Breakfast is nice with lots of options. Wish they still had their signature smoothie bar from a couple years back. If you like diving you can rent out these diving engine for the big pool, was our favorite activity! Will stay here if we come back to Phu Quoc

Very good service, enthusiastic support staff, delicious breakfast buffet and restaurant. Beautiful room and extremely clean. Very satisfied with this experience.

New World's service is quite good. However, I am not satisfied with the design of the 4-bedroom villa. The bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen are not connected, the doors of the rooms are outward, inconvenient for moving from room to room when you have to go outside the air conditioner continuously, not to mention it's raining. If it's loud / sunny, walking like that is very harmful to health. Due to the discrete rooms, the area of the rooms is very small, including the living room. The 4-bedroom apartment can accommodate about 10 people (including children) but the living room is very small, there is not enough seating for everyone.

5 star standard in terms of staff, rooms, facilities, breakfast, landscape. Kayaking and cycling. Will come back if I have the chance. Thank you!

Dịch vụ tuyệt vời. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo, hỗ trợ Khách nhiệt tình và xếp khu nghỉ hợp lý, tiện đi ra các khu vực lân cận của resort. Phù hợp với gia đình và trẻ nhỏ. Buffet sáng nhiều món, nhân viên đào tạo chuyên nghiệp, nhưng chưa hợp khẩu vị lắm.

My family especially my parents loved the resort, and all the staff who supported us very well and warmheartedly. Thank you so much for the super pleasant experiences during Tet (our 1st time ever Tet with traveling that made it extra special)!

Very good service. I appreciate the way that staff behave with customers. When I see staff, the thing I received is “Hello” from almost all staff. Although that is a small action, I highly appreciate with the way they greet customers. What a good trip at New World Resort! Some feedback:+ One thing I would like to say is the bathroom does not have a carpet in front, so when I finished taking shower, the floor is wet and I can't make my foot dry.+ Buffet line has a number of dishes but the dishes just slightly change the menu among 2 days. So I highly recommand The Bay Kitchen change menu between two days more usually. Rate: 9 out of 10.

Phục vụ chuẩn 5 sao, mình đi vào dịp Tết đông full phòng nên một vài dịch vụ không còn slot để sử dụng nhưng nói chung vẫn rất ok. Bufet sáng ăn bình thường.
