Room not like picture, not clean

The staff is very good, friendly and polite. The location is also near the hospitals so it's quite convenient. But to be honest, I was on a business trip but the hotel allowed couples to go on dates by the hour, guests came and went constantly so it was a bit tiring.

Reality and photos are completely different. The room is seriously degraded, dirty and has an unpleasant smell... 24-hour reception but after 12pm it closes to play games, have to call to open the door 😢
