Poor service, guests have booked but are not allowed in

The house is an old house, the rooms and bathrooms are dirty, the water is dirty.

Very dirty, stuffy room. Check, ask for an upgraded AC room, pay the receptionist more than 200, but still get a stuffy room, the windows still have lots of really dirty spider webs.

Request additional fees from the application because it is being renovated.

When you come to the accommodation, don't forget to prepare money, because you will be asked for additional money for accommodation costs, yesterday I was told to add 50k. The rooms and facilities are in accordance with the budget, because the price is cheap, the facilities are like in a boarding house, it's not bad for a low budget staycation, if it's just for sleeping, it's okay.

Di deskripsi aplikasi nya ada AC, TV, sama kamar mandi pribadi. Tapi pas sampe cuma saat kamar dengan kipas angin doang, kamar mandi di luar, gak ada TV. Sebaiknya, kalo memang gak disediakan fasilitasnya mending jujur aja kasih deskripsi, jadi tamu juga bisa menentukan mau pilih apa gak. Jangan membuat konsumen merasa ketipu, sebagian tamu butuh tempat istirahat yang nyaman sesuai ekspektasinya, kalo gini kan tamu merasa dirugikan. Itu aja.

Cukup nyaman, kakaknya juga ramah.
