The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I initially had a twin bed, but the receptionist gave me a double bed. They even found me a room that wasn't too far from the end of the room since I was staying alone. The room was spacious enough for a superior room. It was clean, and the amenities were adequate. The location is on a side street but quiet, making it a very strategic location. There's a convenience store directly across from the hotel. There are also many restaurants within walking distance.

The location is strategic, the staff are very helpful (security guard, receptionist, housekeeping). The bed is soft, the AC is cool, the room is clean and quite spacious. If I go to Bali, I want to stay here again.

The bathtub leaked and water seeped under the mini fridge. The curtains suddenly fell down. The floor was sticky. I already informed them that there were small children. The staff was friendly and kind. The room facilities need to be improved. Don't give them if they are not suitable. Thanks.

Best location in Petitenget Street, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. The room rate can be described as one of the best value for money in the neighborhood. Easy check-in and check-out. Friendly staff team.

This is my overall experience. • Check-in Process The check-in process was smooth overall. There was a slight delay of a few minutes, but it wasn’t a big issue. • Room Cleanliness The room was very clean and well-maintained, making the stay comfortable. • Food & Breakfast The food tasted decent. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, and in my opinion, the menu combinations felt a bit mismatched—for example, opor ayam paired with pecel vegetables didn’t quite go well together. • À La Carte (Nyepi Experience) The à la carte menu during Nyepi was great—delicious food with generous portions. • Service The service was outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and went beyond expectations. • Overall Overall, it was a good stay with excellent service and a comfortable experience.

It was really nice to stay here, everything was okay, all the staff were friendly, the cleanliness and comfort of the room was really good, there were pillows and bolsters too, the food was delicious, the location was in the middle of the city.

The room is clean and comfortable, always smells good, the bathroom has a hair dryer, parking is easy and no valet needed. Stayed here for 5 days, the staff is really friendly, always greets every time we pass in the lobby, it's easy to order GrabFood (there's even an extra discount from Grab specifically for sending to the room). The location is also super prime, close to Pison Coffee, Mannaka Coffee, Circle K, Pepito, Taco Casa, Nook, etc. It's best to stay here. Just for input, the double bed should be enlarged because it's a bit narrow hehehe... But the mattress and pillows are comfortable, there are bolsters in the room too. Awesome!
