The hotel is worth the price, there is a pool for small children, only the parking lot is a bit small so it is difficult to get a parking space if there are a lot of hotel guests.

Highly recommended for a staycation with kids, as it features a playground and a children's pool. The breakfast food is also highly recommended. The only thing that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathrooms. Otherwise, it's highly recommended.

It was pleasant... but they weren't very responsive in resolving issues. The security guards should have been more efficient. The bag delivery guy who was asked for help was also less responsive. However, the room was comfortable, and the food was delicious and varied. Affordable price

Needs a lot of repairs. It looks good from the outside, but it's not up to par. The service is okay. The location is very strategic. Please fix it. - The AC is broken in almost every hot room, including the restaurant, elevator, and rooms. - Only one elevator is working, and it's hot again. - The restaurant is hot. - The children's play area is hot and the AC is off. - The swimming pool water is dirty. - Plastic cups are used. - Drinking water in the room costs 35,000 Rupiah, nothing is free like other hotels. - The bathroom smells. - The 9th floor is very dirty along the corridors. - The parking lot is small.

This is my second time staying here, as it is perfect for bringing kids on a staycation, with its pool and playground facilities.
