The gate is always locked, it's okay to be safe.

I ordered a family room but it was given very different from the photo, dirty room, broken bed, lots of mosquitoes, no towels, very hot air conditioner. A family room with 2 double beds that should be for 4, it turns out that we were charged an additional 50 thousand because they said the room was only for 3 people even though the bed had 2 double beds. The staff is really bitchy, I definitely won't stay at this place again. So disappointing.

Does not match the photo shown. AC is not cold. No towels and soap are usually provided. Order 2 beds only one blanket. Disappointed.

The location of this accommodation is very strategic, close to Jalan A. Yani. However, it seems that it is not managed properly and the room situation is mixed with the boarding house occupants. Early arrival was before check-in time, around 13:15, then I asked the clerk for my booking and confirmation. Then the officer asked to sit, either in front of the terrace or inside while being prepared. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the clerk came and informed me that I couldn't check in, less than 15 minutes, then I asked, is the room not ready? Apparently not, the room is ready, just not enough time. (I don't think it's flexible in this matter). Then I got a room on the 2nd floor, in front of the room there was a round table, which was used by meeting people, so we went in and out of the room a bit uncomfortable. Then when we took a break, around 23:00 we woke up because the room next to the karaoke room was very loud, it turned out that the walls were made of plywood bulkheads. The night was very disturbing with the sound of music and singing from the next room, I tried to contact the officer but the cellphone was off. Finally the plywood wall was knocked loudly by my wife, finally the karaoke stopped, but the sound of the music was still there and the vibrations of the sound system were very disturbing, I was only able to fall back asleep around 02:00, because the karaoke had stopped but chatted loudly annoying at the round table in front of the room. (very inconvenient for this matter). And it turns out that in this accommodation there are absolutely no towels (there are but rent), soap, or drinking water. Really disappointed.

Hotels are like daily boarding rooms, where is the green screen TV, the air conditioner is not so cold.

Yang saya booking ternyata bukan hotel tapi kos kosan, lalu saya minta pindah ke kamar yang seperti hotel dengan nambah uang 35rb dengan ada kamar mandinya di dalam, ini pengalaman yang sangat sangat tidak menyenangkan.

I think all of them use air conditioning and private bathrooms, because in the description, air conditioning and bathrooms are included in the public facilities of the inn, yes. The cubicle is okay, even though it's a triplex brush, it's pretty cool even though I use a fan, the top one is the guard, really friendly, really good. The suggestion is to make the description of the room clear so that customers are more flexible in choosing. Great anyway.

The situation is quiet, comfortable close to street food stalls.
