At first I was hesitant to book because there were only a few reviews on the application. Because the price is affordable even though the photos are really good. It turns out there aren't many rooms (so bookings are limited too), because actually this is a boarding house (only 2 rooms are used as accommodation). Advantages: 1. Super affordable prices with good facilities. 2. Security is friendly and helpful. 3. The rooms are super clean, comfortable, there is a mini refrigerator too. 4. The bathroom is clean, the water is fast, the hot water is okay. 5. There is a cafe at the hotel. Plus there are lots of cafes around the hotel too. Because it's a student area. Disadvantages: 1. You have to bring your own toiletries. Because only towels are provided. 2. Mineral water must also be prepared by yourself. But around the hotel there are several stalls selling it. 3. The AC is not cold enough. I don't know if it's because Jogja is super hot, or the AC really needs to be cleaned. 4. Parking is a little limited but the security really helps with getting in and out. 5. The accommodation enters a residential area where the road is rather narrow. But it's still safe for cars. But for the price on Saturdays and all the room facilities, this is really recommended.

Nice place to stay, the facilities are quite complete, there are extra beds, plus a mini fridge. The minus is that mineral water is not provided, there is only one plug and the air conditioner is slow to cool. The rest is okay.
