There was a problem with the application, the original was full, I was directed to a replacement apartment in the apartment jardin, and it really wasn't worth the price, the balcony door couldn't be closed, the mattress was collapsing, the bathroom was really dirty, the plugs couldn't be used, really not worth renting.

When we want to check in, we have to actively contact the host, the number is on the booking page, I ordered 2 bedrooms for 5 people, one bedroom with a large single bed and AC, one bedroom with bunk beds without AC, there is AC in the TV viewing area, only 2 towels were given even though there were 5 people, they said the policy was to only give 2 towels per unit, luckily I brought my own towel, the bedsheets in the single bed bedroom had many cigarette burns and looked dirty, the bathroom was not very clean, finally at 7 am I checked out and could do express check out.

The place is comfortable, clean, I really like the best, next time I will come back because the place is really comfortable.

For the price of 600 thousand 700 thousand, I don't think it's worth it. However, due to the Eid holiday, hotels are sold out everywhere. And our choice fell on this Gateway apartment because this is the last minute left. I hope that input from us can motivate us to do even better. The first, it would be nice if the cleanliness of the room was better maintained then, the sheets should be white or cream, so that it looks clean. Maybe the pillows and bolsters can be replaced or filled again so they don't get soggy. Then cooking utensils, especially pots, had broken handles so it was rather difficult to pour food. Please also pay attention to the towels because they don't absorb enough water, are thin and smell a bit unpleasant so they can't be used. The soap is still okay even though it's only a small bar of soap. And for those who want to stay here, it should be noted again that the swimming pool cannot be used every Monday due to scheduled maintenance. The service from the management of KamarZea is quite good, friendly and polite. Even though we came once at night, we were still served well and escorted to our room. The elevator uses an access card, it works without problems. In the apartment area there are several mini markets, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and others. Safe. That's all we enter. Actually the location and facilities of the apartment are okay. It's just the cleaning management that needs to be improved. It's a shame when guests who have arrived don't want to come back just because of trivial things that are actually very easy to fix. Keep the spirit Okay. And continue to make changes towards goodness, I'm sure in the future it can be even better. 😊.
