Thank God, the facilities are comfortable, but the AC is a bit hot even though it's set to 16 and the fan is on full blast, but it's still okay, next time I'll order again, hopefully it'll be even more comfortable. 🙏

Friendly staff, easy check-in, clean room, overall good.

The room was not very clean and there was no information about whether there was wifi or not, there were no amenities for bathing.

The place is quite nice, it's just a shame about the cleanliness of the bathroom. My suggestion is to buy a viral bathroom cleaner that is effective at cleaning stubborn dirt, and also exterminate the rats on the roof because it's hard to sleep because there are lots of noisy rats on the roof of the room (family type room). Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom is most important!

It's quite good for that price to be able to ask for hot water without having to charge it.

The room is quite comfortable and clean. But please ask the receptionist to be on standby on the spot, even if they go out, they are easy to contact. When I was going to check in, I waited for almost an hour and almost gave up because there was no one at the reception desk.

The location is close to the Cipanas hot spring tourist spot. The place is quite comfortable. Still okay with the price of 100 thousand.

The facilities do not match the picture in the photo, the spyer is dirty, the water is a bit cold, ask for the time to pray the noon prayer, only be given 5 minutes if it is more than 15 thousand, even though it can be upgraded, please fix it in the future

The photo used is the photo of Tirtagangga on the opposite side. But now the photo is no longer in the app. Friday 14 June 2024, we stayed overnight here because we wanted to climb Mt Guntur. Actually, we didn't stay here, we just left our things and took a shower on Saturday afternoon. Due to traffic jams we were only able to check in Friday at 12 at night, another room instead we checked in Saturday at 1:30 am. At 2:00 we left the room to climb Mt Guntur. At 10 noon, the hotel WA said that we would be charged IDR 15 thousand per hour, if we checked out after 12 o'clock. We returned to the hotel at 11 o'clock and immediately showered. The water is very small, so it can't be finished quickly. When we complained, the hotel said the water was small because the room was on the 2nd floor. What annoyed me was that they charged late check out like a debt collector, as if we didn't want to pay it. Apart from sending WA, they also conveyed this when we just returned to the hotel at 11 o'clock.

The sheets had lots of stains, the room and bathroom smelled, the water didn't come out, after leaving the flow was very small, the reality didn't match the photo, the room was dirty with lots of dust, checking out a little late immediately got charged.

The bathroom tub is clogged, the waste water doesn't flow smoothly.

Bersih, deket dengan wahana permandian air panas dan wisata.

Clean hotel, warm shower all the time. Hehehe.

Tempatnya kecil tp nyaman dan bersih yang utama. Selain itu ga nyangka kalau disetiao kamar ada bath tub untuk berendam air panas. Disatu tempat ada makanan kopi dan lain-lain jadi ga akan kelaparan atau susah buat jajan gofood.

Kamar nya bersih, cocok buat istirahat sama anak ada kolam rendam nya air hangat, pelayanan nya ramah.
