According to policy, should check in at 2 pm. I was contacted at 1 pm they took additional time until half past 3 with the reason I just ordered on the same day. Even though I ordered 1 day in advance. Arriving at the location, I was asked to wait because they were still coordinating. At 4 pm I was only able to check in, with my condition there was an event at 6 pm. What a waste of time! My phone at the call center was not answered at all. I had to call more than 20x and I waited until 4pm. When it was successful, there were staff who spoke, only saying that it would be coordinated, then my phone was hung up, Travelio staff were busy talking to themselves with their colleagues. And talk about me! The compensation they provide is only limited to consuming 50 thousand in a coffee shop. My event which I should have prepared from 3 o'clock, all fell apart! It's true that the worst, worst service, very unprofessional, troublesome, unfriendly, slow, and even blame and talk about customers behind their backs. Hope it goes bankrupt soon!
