Got a free upgrade. The best hotel that I have stayed around Bandung. The vibe is very good.

The staff are all very friendly, and the breakfast is varied. The pool temperature is always checked. The cleanliness is top-notch; even the outside stairs are dust-free. If one day isn't enough, there's a free Pilates reformer.

Lots of activities for adults as well.

Breakfast is very much, the hotel is child friendly, the room facilities are super worth it, everything is free from snacks and minibar. The room is clean and tidy, basically no need to ask the staff anything, everything is there. Oh yes, when I stayed I used a motorbike and the staff asked what vehicle I wanted to use, parking would be free, he said "it's okay if you use a motorbike too" while being very friendly. Coincidentally, my house is close to the hotel, it turns out the hotel does not discriminate from the security guard, parking, staff, cleaning service, basically the best. Dear Hotel Gaia, thank you, it's very impressive 😍😍😍. If the hotel boss reads this, please increase their salary because the service is very friendly and good🙏😇🫶

An amazing experience staying in a 5-star hotel at an affordable price. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, with free snacks and drinks, and the staff is friendly and responsive. The Gaia Hotel is the best!

The room was comfortable and clean, grand and artistic, with a boxy feel. 🤓 The environment was incredibly comfortable. The elevator between towers was a bit confusing, but that's okay; after the induction, it was definitely fun. Activities, especially the jogging track (more specifically, a leisurely walk), were very comfortable, and you could explore the dedicated gardens. There were also outdoor activities, but I didn't participate. The breakfast was very good, with a decent variety, but the taste wasn't particularly special... perhaps it could be improved. That concludes my personal review.

Loved staying here! I'll be back again. I just didn't get a chance to try the jacuzzi.
