It's a shame there are so many flies even though the view is beautiful. Please provide a device to reduce the number of flies.

The staff are all friendly, as soon as you arrive you are immediately greeted.

Plus point, amazing sunrise view from the pool area. Minus point: the access road is still offroad for around 1.6 km with a steep incline.

The place was not the same as advertised, the road access was pretty bad, like going to the rice fields and it was very dark because there are minimal lights and it was scary at night, I can't get a refund because the selfish owner doesn't want to accept criticism. Not recommended at all

Even though it was a little far to enter the resort area, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff plus beautiful views that spoiled the eyes and soul. I won't regret my staycation here. Especially with the experience of being able to go on a jeep tour to see the beautiful sunrise at Batur Sunrise Point.

One of the best places to stay in Kintamani. Very close to nature, access a bit hard to get by car, but if you reach the place, it is such a beautiful place. The staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. The place is very clean.

Love staying at Batur Green Hill. Highly recommended, when we first arrived we were greeted warmly and friendly by the guard and the owner of the villa. Our suitcases were carried. The food was top notch, delicious, nothing bad on the menu. The mountain view is cool. Clean rooms, clean sheets, very clean bathrooms. Next time I go to Kintamani again, I will definitely stay at this villa again. The service is very friendly, his name is Bli Komang.

Absolutely dreadful, so many flies, even hundreds of them flying and entering the room, on the bed, on the floor, on the table, the entire room filled with flies. I've never seen so many flies in any hotel before. Rooms with Good view facing the lake and mountains. We ordered some snacks, and the fried bananas were really delicious.

It was great, me and my family, staying there. The view (Mount & Lake Batur), ambiance, villa facilities, also staff's (Bli Komang, Bli Wayan, & Kak Ayu) hospitality were just perfect! Very great and absolutely would recommend to family & friends for staying at Batur Green Hill, when visiting Kintamani 😉.

Pemandangannya bagus, tp lokasi ke hotel masuk ke dalam lewati sperti hutan, aksesnya susah, suasana sepi, pihak hotel nya baik mau bantu belikan obat.

Villa yang kami tempati view kolam renang tapi menurutku itu center, karena bisa lihat view gunung Batur dan danau nya juga. Tempatnya tenang, jauh keramaian, sejuk. Kali kedua ke kintamani, selalu penasaran sama masakan mujair nyat-nyat nya di tiap penginapan. Beda bumbu tapi tetap enak. Staff nya ramah, breakfast nya enak. Ku pilih banana pancake dan watermelon juice. ⭐ good service pokoknya. Bakal nginep di sini lagi kalo main ke kintamani. 👌.

Jalanan rusak dan mayan jauh. Banyak lalat. Kamar mnd bau pesing karena lantainya pake batu-batu gitu. Estetik sih tp aroma pesing nya itu bikin illfeel. 😅 B aja deh. Sarapan juga b aja. Menu nya kurang bervariasi.

Tempatnya bagus, aksesnya yang sangat jelek dan susah. Jika di luar ruangan anda akan berteman dengan ribuan lalat.

Spacious rooms. Nice view. Just the food is too expensive. The path is a bit extreme.
