The room is dusty and the housekeeping staff didn’t change the bedsheets when I asked for housekeeping services. He apparently just made the bed. When I asked whether he has changed the sheets, he said he didn’t change it so I asked him to change it. I find this to be ridiculous because I never had this experience before when staying in a hotel where I had to tell the housekeeper to do his job properly. This is my first time staying in a hotel in Padang for business trip but the hotel room is quite disappointing compared to hotels I’ve stayed in before elsewhere. However, the lobby and the Sky Lounge is quite comfy.

Good and very enjoyable

Comfortable mattress and pillows, standard cleanliness, fairly small room size, only 1 sandal provided, standard food, extra person pays 100k even though they are 11 years old. What is special about this hotel is the sea view because it is located right across from the taplau and the lobby which is quite aesthetic.

Deposit payment upon check-in must be in cash, no debit or credit cards are accepted. ATM location is far from the hotel. The reception staff was not helpful at all. Luckily the security guard guarding the front door was willing to take you to the nearest ATM. It's already 2025, how can a hotel have to be in cash?

Have stayed here twice. First in 2023. Liked it because the location is right in front of the beach. The food is also okay. But when I stayed again in May 2025, this hotel did not match the stars and price. Take a prime sea view room, the price is 1.2. The room size is okay. But the room service is disappointing. Since we entered, we told them the TV remote was not working but they didn't come until we checked out. The most disappointing thing is the quality and variety of breakfast. This is the same as a budget hotel. They don't even provide eggs. The taste of the food is also far from delicious. When we complained, they said it was a management regulation. It's a shame even though the location and building are quite good. If it is not fixed by reliable management, it will be a shame that in the long run they will lose many customers.
