The room here is a bit far from the center but you can rent a car at home, the service is ok, attentive service I rate 8.5/10

The staff was very friendly, gave enthusiastic advice, let us leave our suitcases behind, and allowed us to use the restroom without having to go upstairs, and without having to pay an extra half-day room fee.

The owner is very cute, I traveled alone but luckily it was very safe. Just a short walk to the old town, very close to Hoi An memory island. There is also a car rental service right below the house. In general, if I return to HA, I will come back here.

Location is not too far from the old quarter. The room is spacious, you have to walk a bit. The room is not very clean, I saw many dirty stains on the bed sheets. The window curtains were moldy and damp next to the bed. Everything is ok except the cleaning, I personally am not very satisfied.
