Comfortable place, facilities according to the price given even though there are some small flaws but not a problem. The place is also close to food vendors and a small mini market plus a public kitchen which is free to use.

The condition of the dirty rooms is not maintained, especially the bathroom is very dirty, and lots of cockroaches, the shower is broken and cannot be used, and there is a leak in the toilet faucet. The bed is dusty, the pillow is very smelly.
