The hotel and staff were understanding of our needs. We had to check out early in the morning. The hotel was willing to prepare breakfast before 6:00 a.m., and we had time to eat. This was very satisfying. Thank you for your service.🙏🏻

The hotel is close to shopping areas, the hotel atmosphere is peaceful, the hotel staff is friendly, the rooms and meeting rooms are neat and clean, the Wi-Fi is smooth, and the restaurant food is delicious and to my liking. Thank you 🙏🏻

The location is strategic, for a family hotel it really supports the needs of children. If you want to eat, it's easy to find around the hotel.

The hotel is nice, it's close to / right across from Sarinah, so if you want to have dinner, buy snacks, or meet people, it's very affordable. Although the check-in time is strictly at 2:00 PM.

The food is all delicious and varied, the service is good and very welcoming, toothbrush, soap, coffee, tea, etc. are complete, if you want to take a hot shower, everything is okay, you get 4 pillows, a soft mattress, usually you only get 2 pillows, there is a mini fridge and a safe, in the room there are prayer tools for Muslims, complete with mukena, Quran sarong, and prayer mat, you get a promo price at Traveloka, it's really cheap, 450 already, you get a delicious breakfast like a 4-star food, even though you don't expect much, but it turns out you get a really good room because it's just for transit, usually when you transit in Jakarta, you stay at the Dafam Express branch, on the 5th floor there is a rooftop if you want to smoke and take pictures, it's very close to Plaza Sarinah, just cross the front, in front of the hotel there are lots of street food, Plaza Sarinah to the right a little there is McD, Starbucks, cafes, Mall XXI if you want to hang out, next time I'll be a regular if I transit to Jakarta again, always success for Dafam 😍😍

This is my second time staying here and my impression is still the same, very comfortable in all aspects.

I always enjoy staying here. Besides being very Sharia-compliant, the staff are also very friendly. It's a great hotel with an affordable price, plus it's centrally located, with easy access to everything.
