Mình ở phòng 402 khoá hỏng, từ bên ngoài mở cửa vào vô tư dù bên trong đã khoá. Toilet ngập nước tràn lan, phòng không tủ treo đồ, bồn cầu không sạch, bồn cầu bị lỏng lẻo làm cảm giác ngồi không vững. Sàn nhà tắm đọng nước, đi đôi dép lỗ làm nước ngấm lên chân rất bẩn.
