Apartnya ga nyaman banget, beda sama di foto, pake acara listrik ngejeklek lagi. Adminnya bilang karena kelebihan daya, padahal saya cuma pake fasilitas yang ada di apart doang, AC juga kurang dingin. Sprei kasurnya kotor.

Kozy Room Sentul apartemen bagus dan seru.

Ga karuan banyak kecoak sprei bekas apaan tau baru masuk langsung check out udah kaya rumah hantu.

Very bad service from the apartment is not good.

Very comfortable, clean, neat, complete facilities, there is a dispenser, you just need to use it, there is a refrigerator, wifi, internet TV, cold AC, the water heater is on, the view is good, what's more, when it rains it's really foggy. Really recommended place.

The place is clean, the sheets smell good, the pool is also clean. Good, recommended 👍🏻.

The facilities are good, there is a TV, soap & shampoo, dispenser and wifi, although it is a bit problematic.

Wcnya bau banget, kotor banget lantainya, deket tirai aja ada sarang laba-laba, bener-bener jorok. Udah kasih masukan ke adminnya, ga ada minta maaf atau apa sama sekali atau terima kasihnya, bener-bener parah.

The unit is somewhat clean yet all most of the furniture inside it is extremely worn. The bed has lost its structure. The sheets was dirty and have visible stains. The sofa was dirty and have multiple cigarette burn. The bathroom was fine but I found a few worms inside. Thank god it was only for one night. Not recommended for family but if you need a place to stay for the nite with affordable price this place is an option.

The apartment unit is good but not very clean, the sheets smell like they haven't been replaced from previous guest use, the kozy room staff isn't helpful.

Check in jam 5, tapi kamar baru diberesin di situ jadi nunggu lagi sampe kelar. Setelah masuk, bau kamarnya gak enak banget. Sorry :( honest review. Tapi interior bagus, hanya kasur banyak pasir, pas dibuka masih ada bekas bulu mata xixi

The physical room does not match the advertisement recantum.

The room was a mess when I entered, there was no confirmation on how to turn on the lights, entering the room was too complicated, I had to enter 2 IDs at once.

Kamar penginapan tidak bersih, dinding berjamur, sprei dan selimut dan handuk kurang bersih, udah gitu mau check out pagi nunggu pengambilan KTP harus nunggu lama karena office buka jam 10 pagi 🤦.

Unitnya sebenernya nyaman dan bagus, AC nya dingin 🥰👍🏻 Tapi meja-mejanya kayak belum dibersihin dari tamu sebelumnya. Dan yang paling parah nemu alat kontrasepsi bekas di balkon. Kebayang ga sih kalau ke sana bawa keluarga dan ada anak kecil 😅 tau sih dengan harga segitu ga bisa expect banyak, tapi gak nemu alat kontrasepsi juga. Masnya dikomplain juga bilang kudu ada bukti foto, ga kepikiran juga mau foto soalnya uda pada geli liatnya.

Pretty neat and clean for the place. My only suggestion is 1, please give the towel 🙏.

The mattress is comfortable but the outside page is not clean and the wallpaper on the wall is off under the tv it looks not good, maybe there are chairs and tables on the outside to enjoy the nature.
