When I wanted to check in, there was no staff, only a machine answered my WA, luckily there was a security guard who knew the agent to help with the phone call, otherwise, I wouldn't know who to get the key from. Yellow bed sheets, broken bathroom shower, outdoor AC right next to the bedroom wall so it was noisy all night like sleeping on a ship. The resident building is mostly occupied by call girls from Africa, so it's not good for those who bring children. The sofa is torn, the wifi is not given a password, the TV is almost broken.

Have stayed at grey stone many times. 👍

Check in time took too long to wait at 3 pm. Check out was even faster. The deposit was quite large and asked for a transfer. It was a hassle to ask for the deposit back after checking out.

The room is dirty, there are a lot of hair marks on the sofa. The sheets are also dull. Wanting to check in is also difficult. Waiting to check in at 3 o'clock but the person came late

Overall good. However, the check-in time is a bit long.

I recently stayed at Greystone one bukit ceylone and was highly disappointed with my experience. The room was not cleaned properly, with a lot of cockroach hide in the furniture. The furniture looked old and worn out. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, the customer service was lacking, and no satisfactory resolution was provided. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant stay

There much cockroach in bathroom, table & some in wall. Very disgusting.

Communication is difficult, only via WA, there is no reception and check-in time is only 15-21.

I arrived at the hotel, when I wanted to check in it said my name was not on the booking list, after waiting 3 hours in the lobby and after waiting for confirmation from the online agent, it turned out my room had been transferred to another agent, so it seemed like there was another candidate, Stayed there for 5 days, the room was never cleaned and the towels were never replaced.

The bedroom looked exactly like the picture, the location was super and also the staff so kind and will help you 24h.

The TV in the room cannot be used. Very bad service. When I asked to move to a room that had a TV, no one paid attention. Very, very bad service. I paid a lot of money but the facilities are bad.

The room is large, there is a balcony, the view is also good at night. It's just that there are lots of nightclubs around the hotel, so when it's 4 o'clock at night you can still hear a bit of noise outside, even though I'm on the 20th floor, because the room is not very soundproof. But it's not that annoying! The hotel is strategic, you can go anywhere. If I go to KL again I want to stay here. Yesterday when I got 2 towels, 1 towel smelled musty, thankfully there was a washing machine so the towels could be washed.

If anyone is looking for the place in the Ramada Hotel building, immediately check the key in the mailbox (check the application email for the mailbox number).

Complete facilities, there is a washing machine, stove, kettle and cutlery, there is also a drying area. You can walk to the pavilion area.

Check in must be at 3 o'clock even though it is very annoying but the room is very satisfying.

Nice wide room with amazing outside view. Recommended for family trip.

Ada fasilitas kolam renang tapi tidak diperbolehkan masuk untuk berenang padahal anak saya udah pakai baju renang ke lantai 9. Begitu kami lapor denga pihak apartemen malah disuruh datang jam 10.30. Handuk awalnya tidak tersedia, hanyatersedia keset kaki begitu diminta hanya dikasih 1. Gitu diminta lagi memang dikasih, tapi terlalu banyak pertanyaan.

Decent room, strategic location. Check in process took 38 mins wait to get the key card. Upon payment of deposit, house rules include doing your own dishes and taking out the trash or else you'll be charged a 'cleaning fee' from the deposit. Not what I expect from an accommodation that I paid for the service.
