The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good location and quiet. There is not enough parking space.

We stayed for 2 nights. Personally, I think it's not worth it. It's a waste of money. We checked in at 18:00. But the first problem we encountered was that the key card was given to the wrong room. There was no staff to help us carry our stuff when we went. Our stuff was heavy and we had a small child. The room we got was 705, a deluxe room with a sea view. 2. The air conditioning wasn't cool at all. It was like it wasn't turned on. We called the technician to come and look 3 times. The staff told us to change the room at 23:35. It was very disappointing. And the 3 rooms we got were changed to a junior room. We couldn't see any view at all. It was very bad. 4. The elevator was very slow. 5. The hotel lobby and the restaurant were very hot. They used a fan for the customers. It was funny. It was a waste of money. The breakfast had a lot of variety, but it was very little compared to other hotels. It wasn't worth the money. Very disappointed. The receptionist was very cute. It was close to the beach and convenience stores.

The receptionists and bellboys were very helpful.

The service is very good. The room is clean and the air conditioner is cool. But it's wrong to be on the 2nd floor so you won't see a view. The swimming pool has a very good view and the price isn't too expensive. The rest are all good, so it's close to the beach so you can go for a walk and chill. There are many food stores nearby and 7-11 Big C for convenient shopping for drinks. I really like it.

The room is clean, luxurious and looks very good. The staffs are very good. I am very impressed. I will come back and recommend it to my friends. 😊😊

I stay at 8th floor, the room is good but there was some noises from water pumps.

Location is quite good, not chaotic, suitable for relaxing (come this time, the school is full, there are a lot of foreign tourists. Got a room upgrade But the room in another zone There are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the corridor. So it caused mosquitoes to enter the room and room 825. I heard the building's water pump working while sleeping. I didn't like it at all, but I didn't want to move rooms, so I endured it. The air conditioner was very difficult to adjust. It's pretty cool. But overall, the staff provide quite good service)

Friendly staff … excellent service!

Traveloka gives 5 stars but hotel 4 only gets 4 stars. The swimming pool is not as beautiful as the picture, a bit old. Breakfast has few dishes, missing 1 hot dish. Not attractive.
