The bathroom was slippery, the TV didn't work, the front AC wasn't cold, there was no stove or pan like in an apartment.

The room is not clean, the location is not strategic, the service is slow. Really disappointing.

Milih apartemen ini krn rating 8.7 ternyata sangat tidak sesuai harapan. Ini sih pengelolaan asal2an. Pas nyampe kompor ga ada, rice cooker apalagi, handuk ga ada, ada handuk dijemur di balkon bekas orang pakai. Tissu jg ga ada. Bed cover kotor, sudah lama ga diganti, sampai bersin2, debu dimana-mana, itu kamar cuma disapu bagian lantai h dilewati org aja. Telpon yg jaga berkali-kali sampai 30 menit ga dijawab2, akhirnya hujan-hujan ke kantornya ambil kompor sama handuk, (1 handuk sudah buluk, 1 lg masih ada tag, msh baru belum dicuci) ga kepake juga. Akun Netflix kosong, pakai punya sendiri akhirnya, oklah seenggaknya TV-nya Android. Yang parah lg sudut tempat tidur ada yg pocel HPLnya sangat tajam, kena kaki sy sampai berdarah, sy tutup hansaplast biar ga kena lagi.

Saya sangat nyaman, dan bersih.

It's good to get a room on the 8th floor, the staff is friendly, you get soapy towels and so on, the gas stove can work, overall it's good. It's just that for swimming pools, it's best to inform you beforehand about the rules, such as having to wear special swimming clothes.

Masa kita harus nunggu sampai ada kamar kosong. Sepertinya kamar itu di sewa-sewain ke orang mungkin per jam-jaman. Saya waktu itu di suruh nunggu jam 7 malam biar masuk kamar, udah gitu seprei nya bau sepertinya bekas prostitusi. Baru habis di pakai dan ruangan nya bau rokok. Pintu balcon nya juga gak bisa di tutup, jadi kita tidur juga gak nyaman banyak nyamuk. Wastafelnya bocor. Nyesal banget lah nginap di sana. Yang di foto juga gak sesuai dengan kenyataan nya, kita pesan yang ada sofa, di kasih cuma kamar aja tanpa sofa.

Mohon maaf, yang kami sampaikan hanya mslh parkir, kami mohon tolong di revisi ulang tentang besaran biaya parkir terhadap tamu khususnya tamu harian, kami hanya membuat perbandingan dengan ketika kami tinggal/menginap di hotel, sebab kalau menginap di hotel maka parkir akan free, thanks.

Dirty sheets, like not being replaced, the AC only works 1 which is in the living room when the AC is turned on, the electricity goes straight down. The bathroom is really clogged with water, it's really a shame even though the place is new but doesn't seem to be well maintained.

The manager is not really, the day I want to enter he is surprised that there will be guests, not prepared at all! The dirty room was not cleaned, the bed sheet cover was not replaced, the bathroom was dirty, the refrigerator still had a lot of drinks from the previous guests.
