Suggestion: Add some fragrances or air fresheners to the lobby area. Yesterday, when I arrived, the smell was uncomfortable, and the room's AC was always maintained to keep it cool. Keep up the good work. Glad to have stayed here.

I stayed overnight in room 106. I woke up in the morning with an itchy rash on my left leg. It lasted a week and the scars haven't gone away, and it's still itchy. Please help keep the room clean.

The room wasn't very large. It took over three hours to cool down to the desired temperature. Because it's located on the main road between Kudus and Pati, it's a bit noisy with traffic.

There was a miscommunication during check-in because the room I booked did not match the one I received with the reason being full. At first I was annoyed because I felt like what was the point of booking if the room I got was a smaller type, but after that the admin sent me a message and I was given a room change to the type I booked.
