The room was unclean, with cobwebs in the corners of the refrigerator, mattress, and bathroom. The pool looked mossy and dark green. The food was sparse. Staff service was lacking.

The shower leaked, the mattress had musty sheets, and the bathroom felt dirty. The advert showed a tea/coffee maker, but it wasn't. The glasses looked dirty, as did the teapot. It wasn't worth it.

The hotel is nice, but the room wasn't very clean. There were small cockroaches, and cats were able to get into the restaurant and climb onto the food tray. My clothes were covered in cat fur. Please improve the cleanliness.

This is actually a good hotel, with a low budget price. Even though it's low budget, it's not too cheap. The rooms are big and nice. But, what's annoying is that this hotel has 2 downsides in my eyes. 1. The AC in the room wasn't cold at all. Water dripped from the AC until I had to catch it with my clothes to prevent it from leaking. 2. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, not to mention the stairs to the loft suite had broken screws that my husband had to fix. Overall it's good, just need to fix it again. Good luck!

The comfort can be upgraded again because it is not very soundproof so outside noise comes in and disturbs me when I want to rest, the cleanliness of the pillows and bedroom can also be improved because I always get itchy because I get a mattress and pillow that are really dirty.

The atmosphere and facilities are fine. However, some employees' service is less than satisfactory, especially for those working in the hospitality industry. For example, contacting or requesting assistance from the lower level was a bit difficult because chats and WhatsApp calls didn't respond.
