The villa is scary, the complex only has 1 villa for a crowd to come. The toilet can't flash, you have to flush it manually, the swimming pool is dirty, there are even frog eggs, it's sad

The building is still good, the water is clear, the rooms are clean, the cooking utensils are complete, the staff are very helpful, I have stayed here 3 times, the nights are cold, you can go fishing too

The stay feels creepy and haunted...

Staffnya biasa aja, not bad. Pas dateng ke kamar villanya, lampu ga nyala, mati total, handuk diminta bawa sendiri. TV ga nyala, wifi ga bisa. Ga ada telepon untuk ke FO nya. Kamar mandinya kotor, airnya kuning toiletnya ga ada tutupnya. Kalau bisa disapu pel tiap hari kamarnya, di cek airnya nyala ga, kuning ga. Lampu depan dinyalain dulu biar ga gelap

I enjoyed a comfortable staycation at Pondok Lembah Sukanagalih. I like the room which is beyond expectations, in my opinion the size is big for two, it can be for a family 😁. Overall enjoy and comfortable 🥳

Arriving at the evening villa, the atmosphere of horror is that many villas have not been taken care of, the condition of the villa is dirty, the hot water is not working, the swimming pool is dirty with moss.

The facilities are dirty, what's more, the swimming pool, the wifi password is not given, the wifi password is lacking.

Villa ok, tapi fasilitasnya kurang bagus, ranjang terbuat dari kayu dan patah saat di tiduri, TV bagus, tapi tidak nyala dan tidak berfungsi STB nya, sudah minta ke receptionist tapi tidak di tanggapi. Awalnya mau nginap 2 malam di sana, tapi kami memutuskan untuk check out di hari ke dua dan cari penginapan lain.

First enter from the gate, okay. Very spacious even though the villa is very far into it. Entering the first villa which felt scary because at that time the lights were off. Strong winds and the villa is surrounded by large trees. The water heater doesn't work properly. Lots of ants. So it's a lot of work to sweep away the ants. The bathroom door is also broken, you have to use a key. The ceiling of the villa ceiling is also somewhat damaged, the room is damp. TV doesn't work either. 😂 just because the location is close to the City of Flowers. Maybe it can be improved in terms of facilities.

Asli si serem banget mana pas ke sini listriknya lagi diperbaiki, akhirnya di tempat ini cuma 3 jam abis itu keluar cari hotel lain mana ubinnya naik turun, plis mending diperbaiki deh kesian custamer yang benar benar butuh penginapan dan berharapnya itu gak serem.

Secara luas kamar cukup baik. Namun demikian masih banyak kurangnya. Toilet terutama, kondisi toilet tidak cukup bersih, kran air rusak, kondisi showernya kurang baik sehingga boros air, dan akhirnya air panas hanya bisa untuk 1 orang mandi. Kalo mau pake air hangat nunggu lagi 30 menitan. Plus WC duduk juga goyang, tidak nyaman sama sekali. Serba seadanya. Kondisi lantai kamar juga bergelombang, kebetulan hujan deras, dan walhasil banyak semut keluar dari nat keramik. Plus ada bocor di beberapa titik kamar. TV masih analog, ketika dikomplain belum beli set top box katanya. Wifi nya juga tidak tersedia, hanya ada modem dan router wifi yang ternyata sudah tidak berlangganan. Walhasil ngakalin pakai aplikasi TV streaming, dan harus ngeluarin biaya internet.

Horor, nginep hari Senin kaya cuma sendiri doang yang nginep gak ada orang lagi, check in sore malem langsung check out sepi banget, depan kamar banyak daun-daun kering gak dibersihin bikin terkesan horor, untuk di dalam kamar so far so good, layanan tv cuma ada 2 channel.

It's really scary I swear the room at the back is quiet, dark lights don't turn on, come at night, look for yourself, the room is like housing, the air when you enter is not good, we don't have half an hour there, it's better to check out, move hotels, the hotel is stiff, can't update the room . Read about the scariest places, instead of stressing out tomorrow, it's better to waste money again.
