The fridge in the room was broken so some food i bought was spolied, the bathroom sink was partially blocked. The pool hasnt been cleaned for ages but there were no warning signs until the second night of my stay. A few people have dipped into the pool the day before thugh. Its only until the fourth night of my stay did they close the entire rooftop area, showing how irresponsible they were when it comes to passenger safety. However, most staff have been nice and friendly.

There were what appeared to be young people next to my room except one of the male voices sounded like an adult in charge of them. The younger ones spoke softly while older man sounded firm and spoke with more confidence and louder. They were making noises, sounds of people going in and out during night. Tried calling front desk after midnight when noises continued. Got dressed and went to front desk at around 1am to complain. Nothing was done. People kept coming in and out and there were noises like moving furniture. A man in a suit wanting to leave a gift for a woman who was staying at hotel.lman at the front desk told him he could not confirm whether or not she was in room. The situation with the in and out and what appeared as moving furniture continued. Thought to call the police but that line was also disconnected. In the morning I could hear from the hallway in my room a young man’s voice asking from the shower area, “does it feel good?” And an older mail voice answering “yes, but move less.” When I heard such in the morning, I wondered whether the room next to mine may have been rented to someone trafficking young people for sex? However, whether on not such was the case, it was strange seeing an older guy wanting to leave a gift for a woman at 1am while all the other noises and many different voices coming from next door plus the sexual conversation going on in the morni

Noisy location

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo. The staff are amazing and really very helpful and kind. Our room was perfect, clean, extremely comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with loads of choice and we had one evening meal here which was also really good. Let downs for us were firstly the pool was unavailable for our stay which was extremely disappointing as it was one of the selling factors for us when booking the hotel!! And secondly the noise of the traffic is non stop during the week, with horns beeping from 5.30am onwards, we had to request ear plugs!!!

room was comfortable, staff very helpful, room was cold at first because of central air conditioning but staff supplied us with extra blankets: restaurant closes on weekends; parking was a little hard to get into but plenty of space

The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious. The hotel had no hot water and staff were not able to provide resolution or information regarding that issue. The hotel is also very far from everything.

This was my first time staying in Cagnes-sur-Mer France, at this hotel. I have never traveled to Nice or this area. I enjoyed the staff, who were very helpful even though I spoke very little French. The buses & train stations are very walkway with several food options nearby. My room was comfortable, clean and adequate with a cozy balcony. The air conditioning was sufficient as well. I loved the heated towel rack in the bathroom since there aren’t many in the United States. If I am ever in this area, I would return to this hotel.

Upon our arrival, Assala & Ismael made our checking and stay simply amazing, they professionalism and customer care goes above and beyond, we were 3 rooms and definitely will recommend them!! Great Hotel

The hotel property is modern, rooms are clean and spacious, paid parking available, and walking distance to restaurants and pharmacies. You’d need to take a taxi/bus to Nice. The town of Cagnes has lots of charm and it’s own promenade with more restaurants.

Excellent and new, very good conditions the staff are so friendly

I like the location of Hotel Indigo as is is close to many dining establishments and close to a bus station that serves as a hub of many of the routes here in Cagnes Sur Mer. The staff at Hotel Indigo are also fantastic and professional.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area just outside Nice. Not very much around it in terms of dining. We had a pool access room on 5th floor which just meant that when you left your apartment the pool was on the same floor, you couldn’t access direct from your room. Disappointing that the pool closed at 8pm. Nice big balcony with furniture. Breakfast had good variety but they were understaffed so took a long time to replace food that had run out, and the staff seemed stressed. Nice linen and good shower.

Excellent service and hospitality

The staff was very helpful. They went out of the way to assist us in our travel to Nice and to discuss with us affordable options. Even after checkout they helped us a lot and also gave the option of using shower rooms in the afternoon so that we can go to the airport after taking showers, which was a great facility that we had and valued.

A great value and excellent base for visiting key locations along the Côte d’Azur.
