Historic property in the old city. Small hotel with great service. We enjoyed our stay.

An amazing place to stay in Rabat, inside the medina but conveniently close to the it’s edge for travel in and out of Rabat. Beautiful surroundings and very helpful staff. The owner also was very kind and helpful. The rooms are air-conditioned and breakfast was freshly prepared as soon as you come down, varied and delicious. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone spending time in Rabat.

Beautiful Riad with extremely helpful and accommodating staff (and really good a/c). Great location in the Medina close to a gate so not a ton of walking after the taxi drop-off.

Beautiful riad. Relaxing patio for breakfast and other times of the day. The room was really nice and the bed comfortable. I also appreciated the kind gestures such as heating up my take away food and allowing me to eat in the patio. The location is wonderful and I enjoyed walks to the beach and in and around the medina. Mr Aziz and his team are all really kind and good natured people. I appreciated that they did a good breakfast, and took account of me being a vegetarian without eggs. Peaceful place. For sure will stay again.

Riad Almazhar was a delightful place to stay and call home for the better part of a week. It is conveniently located in the Medina yet close to a main road so you need not travel far with your luggage (as cars cannot travel in the Medina). Once in the Riad, the environment provides a beautiful respite from the hustle and bustle of the market and city. The rooms are quiet, well maintained, and have AC, although I didn't use it. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful in booking taxis, providing guidance, and arranging breakfasts earlier than the stated time so you can get to an early meeting. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious - more than enough to power you through to lunch. Riad Almazhar is a great choice when staying in the Medina in Rabat.

Extremely warm welcome from the owner. Fresh flowers in the room and rose petals sprinkled on the bed. Very convenient location in the medina. Quiet, comfortable room. Bad coffee that was never really hot, but thats a small thing.

Our room was on the 3rd (top) floor and shared a lovely, sun-drenched sitting area with the only other room on that level. Aziz, the 3rd generation owner, was very friendly, helpful and informative. Very tranquil, very memorable. Loved it!

What a beautiful place to stay in Rabat! Excellent location, warm and friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast is provided. And it's really quiet with comfortable beds. The best sleep my wife and I had during our two week visit to Morocco was here.

It was an old place.

This hotel was our first stop on a 2 week visit around Morocco. From start to finish, the staff and property set a high standard for the rest of our trip. In addition, the opportunity to explore the surrounding area made this stay memorable.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful ornate tiles everywhere. It was a treat to have breakfast in the courtyard.

Exactly what we expected. Back in times

Very quiet despite location. Staff was really great. Lovely breakfast. Room could use lamps as it was quite dim once windows were closed. Bathroom smelled a little musty, but no visible mold or damage so I was not concerned.

Best Riad that we stayed at on are Morocco trip, host was nice and the service and room like a great. Beautiful courtyard . English spoken really good
