Location was amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome communication and the bag drop while waiting for my train is so convenient!!!!

Apartment didn't meet our expectations. As soon as we walked into the building there was a strong and unpleasant smell. The smell carried even to our room on the ninth floor. The apartment smelled and opening the windows did not help, our clothes also started to smell the longer we stayed. We met one of our neighbors who lives there who said it was because of dead rats in the basement. The tv screen was blocked by a message that the card was damaged so we could not really use it either. For four people we needed the two beds, one of which was the green sofa bed. The sofa bed was broken in the middle and we had to put pillows underneath for it to be somewhat stable. I understand that it is meant to be an affordable, short stay but we could not live there and the next day we already had a hotel booked as a result.

Great location

Impossible to find the building as there are no numbers on the outside. Didn't get the codes until well after we arrived. Trying to send me this informnation when I don't have internet connection standing outside the building isin't much help. No information was given that I would need a device that had internet connection to access anything. Badly planned..

This was a great apartment, clean , big and awesome location with central train station 3 mins close by! Highly recommend it!

We had 2 booking here- the first was fine, everything all okay. But the 2nd booking was in a different room in the same property and this room has bedbugs, cockroaches, leaking toilet and was unclean. I asked to be moved to a good room and there were none available, they offered to move to different property far away (with no offer for transport), but this was not convenient so I asked for a refund- which they gave. But I wanted to warn that this property does have some rooms with serous problems- bedbugs is a very very serous matter. I have photographic proof.

Well the bed was broken. And I emailed them but did not get a response at all! The shower was clogged and drained very poorly. Most of all after leaving there I had BED BUG bites on me and my GF. Didn’t see them there. Can’t say it was 100% that as I travelled on a plane after too. But most likely was here. Location was good. And price. But I dunno. Fair warning.

Central location - train station, tourist attractions, cafe and restaurants are nearby. Small cosy studio, everything you might need for a short stay is there. Good communication via chat. Check-in instructions were provided the morning of my arrival, so do not worry if you don't have instructions in advance.

I would stay here again because its such an affordable spot. The outside of the bldg makes it feel very rundown however it sits nect door to the Intercontinental Hotel. The bathroom smells of mildew and you can smell it as soon as you walk into the apartment. My biggest issue was the fact that one of the windows in the studio apt had NO window coverings. The least i expect is to have curtains to block out sunlight in the morning.The other thing that bothered me was that thr metal in the shower had corrosion/rust... this should be replaced. But very easy chevk in.

Location is good, place extremely small, nowhere to put your luggage. Can’t move around st all. This is not a unit for 4 people. 2 maximum.

Good property, very clean, super close to public transport hub, big mall, and bunch of restaurants. Qe wven walked ro Old town, only 30 min walk (get those steps in)!

Great location

The place is convenient for shopping and transport. However, it is difficult to locate the place.

Don’t book this place if you need a traditional check in. The instructions they give you to get in the building, then get into your room are clear enough. In hindsight. Trying to find the right place to go and what to do in the moment? Not so much. Room was great. But no WiFi. That’s a deal breaker. I do not recommend overall.

I loved the extra room with the sofa

The property is very conveniently located, so that's an asset. Mind that it's next to a very busy route and the windows don't block the noise well, so prepare for a noisy stay. The room itself was ok, but I'd say that refurbishment is long overdue. You have the cheapest ikea furniture which is broken and chipped, so even though it was dusted, it looked poor. Sofa was not cleaned with leftover hair. The bathroom was clean, so I'd say it was the best part of the place. One of the blinders was broken and nobody bothered to repair it, so I had to sleep with a sleep mask to block the street light. What I really appreciated was the access to the washing machine and a small vacuum cleaner. Overall, it's ok, but I think it's shameful that owners charge you not a small amount for staying in a small, noisy room with chipped furniture and dirty sofa bed.

The couch was horrible like a brick and it's definitely not a safe place a taxi driver tried to rob me and they wouldn't even consider a refund

Situated in a handy area, this spot provides access to almost everything one might need. It's a no-nonsense option for those seeking simple accommodations.

Good apartment to stay in Warsaw i highly recommend it .

This property has a nice view and is very centric. Advertised parking in the street was impossible, do not count on it. The house condition was poor: horrible pillows, bad maintained shower a dirty and rusty. Pans and knifes deteriorated , I could not cut a piece of bread with it. Also to open the apartment was a hassle: 3 keys. It took me about 10 minutes to do so. Maybe better instructions are needed. I would not stay here again.
