This property is immaculate and quite new. The room is spacious, with room for 4 to sleep as long as you don't mind bedsharing. The room has a small full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a sitting area, dining area, sleeping area and ample closet space. The balcony has room to sit and the wall is completely made of windows with a sweet view of the city and mountains. The TV was simple to use, and the washing machine got all our clothes (nasty from the jungle) smelling great. Onsite parking was available and after you get used to the lift (staff will help) easy. The neighborhood is adorable with great restaurants walking distance and beautiful murals. We returned here from an ecolodge in the jungle and the place felt so comfortable and easy. Highly recommend.

The BEE Suites property is located in a modern building overlooking the Escalante neighbourhood. The apartment is well designed and comfortable. All kitchen, utensils are readily available.

Great place and easily accessible

I loooved this stay!

The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained. As soon as I stepped into this condo, I called the BEE management and asked for a different condo, but the person in charge claimed this could not be provided and refused to reimburse me. Since the rate was not refundable, I had to spend two nights in this condo. There were many problems: 1) The wardrobe: The broom, cleaning pot, and cleaning stuff were in the wardrobe where you were supposed to hang the coats. The second wardrobe could not be used because the rod was too high up. 2) The towels were of a cheap material and did not smell nicely. It was not pleasant to use them. 3) There was no hair dryer. 4) The owner left coffee but no coffee filter. So, I could not make coffee. 5) There was no sponge to clean dishes, no kitchen towel. In short. 6) The price: Another guest whom I met in the building paid half the price for a similar condo on a lower floor. 7) Misinformation: On the website, the owner claimed that the condo is on the top floor. It was on a high floor (10) but certainly not the top floor. 8) There was no café or restaurant in the immediate vicinity. 9) View: Across from the building, there is an ugly construction site. In short, my experience was negative. I do not recommend renting this condo.

As advertised. Easy check in process

The unit was clean and had a nice view of San Jose. The kitchen had the essentials, and it was nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit. We also appreciated having a doorman for the building.

Great accommodations!

The staff was friendly. They assisted me with parking my car in their fancy car elevator, taking out trash, and receiving Uber Eats orders. The room was very clean and equipped with an oven, stove, pots, pans, spatula, eating utensils, mugs, glasses, and a full size refrigerator. My only complaint is that the smoke alarm in Suite 1204 seemed to be overly sensitive.

Beautiful room. Very clean and comfy beds. Washer/dryer was a plus. Kitchen with full size appliances & dining area. On 11th floor with huge balcony & a beautiful view. Roof top area was very nice and we did enjoy one evening in the hot tub. Check in was easy and everyone we came in contact with was super. Would definitely recommend. Nice area not far from San Pedro mall.

Clean place, modern, safe, and easy walking to bars, eateries, and small shops! Will be my go to spot in San Jose next trip!
