Se sugiere mayor observación sobre normas de ruido y de no fumar (observamos personas fumando en el área de la piscina y personas con bocinas individuales a volumen muy alto).

Nice beach and pool. Food was subpar snd didn’t have many activities or communication about things to do at the resort.

We had an excellent stay at Gran Evenia Bijao. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food options were amazing, with plenty of variety and great quality throughout our stay. The evening entertainment shows were also fantastic and added a lot of fun to the experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beware!! Old worn down property. Food and drinks horrible. Front office was no good. Room had water come in when it rained. Do not recommend. No customer service.

Property old and falling apart. Service was horrible and so was the food and the drinks made with the cheapest liquor I’ve ever had. Not much to choose from. Do no recommend this place at all. Front desk was not helpful and charged us $35 per person to check in 1.5 hrs prior.

Having the air condition on made the floor in the room wet and slippery. I believed it was the condensation from the air condition, I hope that the problem can be fixed.

The stay was horrible. The property is old and falling apart. Paint pealing all over the pool and cracks on the walls. We stayed in a balcony and it rained one day and all the water came in flooding the room. That was with the doors closed. We arrived to the hotel. 1.5 hrs early and were told had to pay $36 per person including children to check in at that time. The food was not very good. Liquor was lowest class no variety at all. Will not recommend this place at all

La comida excelente, quedamos súper satisfechos. Sería excelente que tuvieran alguna otra dinámica en la noche para niños, cine o teatro. Y el snack de la madrugada también seria bueno que estuviera más completo, la comida estaba muy dura, y poquitas opciones. Pero por lo demás todo estuvo excelente, sin dura volveríamos ❤️

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with noticeable buildup of grime that made the stay uncomfortable. While a few staff members were polite and attentive, the majority of the personnel seemed indifferent. It was difficult to get assistance, and even basic interactions often felt dismissive. The facilities themselves appear to be lacking proper maintenance, which is unfortunate because the property and the beach are actually very beautiful and have great potential. Regarding food and beverages, the meals were good; however, the only place where we were able to consistently get drinks was at the sports bar, which limited the overall experience. I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and sadly, the experience did not meet expectations. At one point, some friends stopped by briefly to greet me on their way back to the city. Despite the fact that we remained in the lobby and even made purchases, we were treated by security in a manner that felt excessive and inappropriate, as if we were doing something wrong. Overall, I did not have a pleasant experience and, regrettably, I do not believe I will be returning.
