Lovely hotel, comfortable, clean, good aircon, pool looked nice, staff helpful and friendly

Beautiful hotel. My booking was not confirmed by Expedia, it took me around 45 minutes to sort it on the chat line but they were great as were staff. Great amenities, pool was beautiful and close to beach and restaurants.

This is a wonderful hotel; nice service, super clean, beautiful pool and a short two block walk to the beach. It is ideal if you speak a little Spanish; while staff can speak a little English, there is room for mistaken communication. I enjoyed the quiet and yet the access to the beach. The breakfast was a real plus, with amazing food, and free parking in the area a true plus. And the price of the hotel is extraordinarily low, particularly when traveling from Barcelona, where hotels were twice the price and parking was 30 Euro a night in a garage. Again, Gandia parking is free!

We stayed in a sea view junior suite. It is a beautiful room, good size, and very comfortable beds. The little extra touches are nice too with turndown service and a bottle of cava and fresh fruit in the room.

Property is great, however they don’t have AC during winter although suite was facing sun.

We had an out of season two night break here. The hotel fitted the bill perfectly - modern, clean and comfortable. We paid to included breakfast and this was excellent.

It's new but not finished. Lots of little things that need attention. the patio door would not lock, plug in the sink did not work, bin bags not in bins, kettle would only work in certain sockets. Fixture and fittings are all to a high standard, shower hot and powerful. Noise from next door was quite loud so soundproofing wasn't the best. Bed was comfortable, pillows were good. For the money it was very good.

It was my first time in Gandia. I spent twelve nights. I was lucky to have booked this hotel. Everything was excellent, I highly recommend it.

We had a sea view room on the 7th fooor which was spectacular. The hotel was amazing and we will definitely be back! Loved having a tub in the main room!

This is an excellent hotel - a new building where everything works. It’s clean, has great facilities and the staff are very helpful. A real find if you visit Gandía beach.

Everyone was super friendly and Dimitri was exceptional

Looks impressive from outside. Reception area also good. Cafeteria is lacking and very basic. Rooms are pretty good, we don't like shower and wash basin in the bedroom. No restaurant. Looks like run on a budget.

This is my 2nd time of staying at this hotel, everything is fantastic the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great location. The rooms are of a high finish and the whole hotel is impeccably clean. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. Visiting Gandia. Hopefully I will back in the near future
