Everything was great! Clean and breakfast was delicious. Walkable distance to the park and paseo santa lucia. Family friendly. Enjoyed my stay.

all the pictures are accurate. incredible views. welcoming staff. clean rooms. everything worked. daily housekeeping, a/c worked/ this is a newer hotel compared to the others around the area. located in a "mall" where restaurants are and a food court with multiple options. easy access to the convention center.

We were very pleased with the location, the value, and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was particularly good.

Access to the parking needs to be explained in details how to access it(entry after the Pizza Hut), from the parking level (S1 or S2) go to PB level. Cross by foot to the hotel building very close.

Walking distance from the convention center where our conference was located.
