Love it, my room was clean and very comfortable, bed it bit to high I am 5'3 lol. Love the decor. Breakfast ok. Staff very nice. They accommodated me when I had to switch rooms. Would recommend, and would stay again.

La Casa Noble was a very pleasant stay with the right amount of character. They have a very helpful staff that even made us breakfast to go for an early morning hike. The breakfast was also very nice and a pleasant way to start the day with a home cooked meal. Don't expect a cutting edge experience here, but also don't assume you will be roughing it. The location is great, with a good amount of distance from the more packed areas and close enough to not feels stranded. I would stay here again!

Great hotel. We were in mostly the furthest room. The room was ok, but the WiFi barely made it to the room. We always had to step out to be able to search anything on the web. We also stayed for 5 days and put the table to have the room cleaned on day 3/4 but no one came. So we had to go and get fresh towels from the reception ourselves. It’s also about a 12-15 mins walk to the main downtown. Fine but we didn’t realize when we booked.

Hello we stay at Casa Noble for about 6 days we really like it. Breakfast was delicious it was closed to everything walking distance . They did some remodeling while we were there it was very nice . I love the volcano view . I will definitely recommend. And I’m planing to came back and stay at Hotel Casa Noble again .💕 thank you 😊

This was a beautiful hotel, very beautiful. My only complaint was the internet was pretty poor.

The customer service is very poor. We stayed in this hotel for more than a week, and first, we had a problem with the staff. My access to my room was blocked until I paid a fee for an incident that happened with the sheets. I understand they needed to charge the fee. I paid immediately, but the staff spoke loudly in front of my guests, and I felt vulnerable and trashy. After that, I didn't want to interact with the staff; I preferred to eat outside the hotel, even though breakfast was included. Another incident happened when our bathroom door was locked. The staff was unable to open the door, and one of us needed to access the window to open the bathroom door. That was ridiculous. I will never stay in this hotel again, never. If someone offers it to me for free, NO THANK YOU, I'll pass.

Cet hôtel est situé en plein cœur d'Antigua, tout en bénéficiant d'une atmosphère paisible grâce à son emplacement dans une rue calme. Belle cour intérieure verdoyante et luxuriante. Les chambres sont propres, mais manquent d'espace. Les prix sont raisonnables compte tenu de la qualité des prestations. L'Internet ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre: il fallait s'installer dans la porte, donc très inconfortable pour travailler.

We reserved a suite as indicated on the second floor through Expedia. I then emailed the hotel directly and asked specifically about the suite on the second floor. And their answer was yes of course this is the room reserved by me. Well, on the day we arrived, the only suite was on the ground floor and next to the street which was precisely what I did not want. The rooms upstairs were all filled. So we ended up staying in the first floor suite for 2 nights. The suit was not ready. Very dusty , the floors were dusty, noisy from the street was heard, musty smell. I was very distressed and disappointed and upset as I paid a lot of money for this musty smelling room. Getting my money back was a separa Issue.

Beautiful property with lovely outdoor spots to sit and relax. Breakfast was great with traditional Guatemalan and more North American options. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was a great service. So glad they had AC that worked well to keep us cool at night. Would definitely stay at Casa Noble again.

Very high class hotel room and the staff wete very kind. They were able to watch my luggage while i hiked the volcano despite not staying there the following night. And the complentary breakfast helped me prepare accordingly for the hike on the volcano. Would stay here again.
