A little dirty, staff overnight lady always friendly, & nice, other front desk guess it depends on the day, sometimes very nice & friendly, sometimes a lil short and borderline rude

The parking area was well lit but the light outside of my door was flashing all night long. The beds had burn marks in the blankets/sheets. Tub/bathroom needed repairs…just a lack of cleanliness and repairs. Would not stay here again.

Horrible conditions, smell of urine. We ended up asking for a refund and going somewhere else. Do not recommend

The room needed some detailed cleaning on the walls as there was a lot of stains, hangers stained too. The front of bathtub was soiled too. I just had to clean the room myself

Staff were great and helpful. My room was clean, it’s a motel so there’s some flaws. I mean the building is old so for it to be clean is good. No trash or sketchy activities that I’ve witnessed. It’s in town down Mesa so the train is right there. It’s also walkable to most eatery’s. I had a car so parking is free. I like that’s its quiet, I experienced noise but only during the day when people are coming or going but at night and most of the day is pretty quiet. I would definitely recommend or stay again.

The last room we stayed in was not that great. The luggage rack on the wall was hanging down and held with just one screw. The floors were not that clean, if you walked on the floor you would have black on the bottom of your feet. The front desk person were amazing and made our stay pleasant.

Typical budget hotel n the things that come with it

The lock didn't work, and rather than switch rooms, the overnight attendant just said to come ask to be let in whenever I needed. Lol. I didn't plan to leave anyway. Then, the upstairs must have left the water on in the bathroom, because it was leaking down the bathroom walls and the front room/bathroom wall as well. Still ... Didn't bother me. Id go back. It's cheap af
