In short — STAY AWAY from the Numa brand and its so-called “digital-first experience,” unless you want to live through your worst hotel nightmare.
Numa Loreto is located in one of the least safe areas in Milan, with poor lighting and an entrance that is difficult to find even in daylight. The rooms are nothing like what is advertised online — what you see in the photos is not what you get. At best, this is a 2-star motel, yet they promote it as a 4-star hotel. You can judge for yourself, but the gap between marketing and reality is staggering.
Customer support is slow, inefficient, and unhelpful, while management shows no accountability or genuine care for guests. Every issue is met with excuses rather than solutions. REMEMBER, there is NOBODY from the hotel staff on site and if you face a problem, you are basically on your own! Wait, you can write to their 24/7 whatsapp where you can talk with a BOT for several hours!
If you value your time, comfort, and sanity, avoid Numa properties entirely. For a full account of how badly their team mishandled a stay, see my detailed review of Numa Camperio — it speaks for itself.
As for my experience at Loreto see below:
1. Hair under the pillow.
2. The most uncomfortable bed in my life which only looked like a bed (pictures speak for themselves). The mattress was only supported with three week pieces of wood!
3. noisy A/C
4. No wheelchair access (not suitable for families with stroller)
5. UNSAFE area. For your own sake, stay away.
