Everything was very very good and our stay was great. The light show was awesome & we thoroughly enjoyed. The Lumen Hotel is a super hotel & with a super location. Would totally recommend to all.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The location is a bit far from the main points of interest — not walkable. Also, be aware of the breakfast credit policy: if you decline housekeeping, you’re supposed to receive a credit for breakfast. Despite having the vouchers and not requesting cleaning during our 4-day stay, we did not receive any credit at checkout. Breakfast at $14 per person daily, it’s not worth it.

Excellent front office staff. Staff took their time in explaining the various amenities and discounts to guests. Buffet has a good selection of food items. Newer hotel.

We liked this modern hotel in quiet but nice area, not far from the center. Very helpful and welcoming staff who checked us in earlier and even upgraded to a better room. Nice, big enough rooms with opening windows. There is a 10 min light show about Portugal every evening- if you are there at 9pm you can see it from its backyard or restaurant. Overall good stay and warm people.

Checkin needs to be faster

I enjoyed my stay the staff was kind and helpful the location was ideal.

La chambre était propre mais il y avait une odeur d’égoût dans la chambre. Cela semblait venir de l’air climatisé. C’était la 3ième fois dans cet hôtel mais la première fois que cela arrive.
