Hotel was close to shopping and eating facilities. Hotel needs to include soap for hand wash.

The only minus on TV in my opinion is that there are few TV choices.

It was actually okay. But since the Eid prices went up, it wasn't worth it because the noise from the other rooms was so loud.

All the facilities are fine, the staff is friendly and efficient, but at breakfast time, many of the food was empty, and refills were delayed, even though many guests had not yet had breakfast. Many of the dining tables were empty but still hadn't been cleaned due to a lack of human resources. My apologies, just a suggestion for future improvements, thank you 🙏

The hotel's location is quite strategic and easy to find, the staff is friendly and polite, the room is also quite comfortable, only in the bathroom, the water takes a while to drain (due to the slope) and the difference in height between the shower floor and the sink floor is very small so the water overflows onto the sink area floor. Perhaps this can be conditioned, because it certainly reduces comfort. For other facilities, it's okay, no problems.
