Sangat Kecewa, pesan kamar double standar dikasihnya twin standar. Kamarnya kotor berdebu, tidak ada sabun dan shampoo di kamar mandi, tidak ada welcome drink, handuk hanya diberikan 1 padahal kami berdua, TV tidak berfungsi, customer service nya tidak bagus pelayanannya. Keluhan ini saya langsung kasih ke CS nya, harusnya check out tanggal 5, karena kecewa langsung malam tanggal 4 kami keluar. Harga lebih mahal tapi pelayanan dan kondisi hotel kalah sama hotel yang hanya 125 ribu/kamar/malam. 😡☹.

The hotel doesn't have towels, soap, or mineral drinks, unlike other hotels in general.

The room was not ready, notification that the water was off on the D day, even though we checked in at 17.00 which should have been ready at 14.00, no towels were given, no soap, no remote ac, the bathroom was dirty and there were insects such as cockroaches, water leaky faucet. Not recommended.

The bathroom floor is not clean, the room is not according to order.

Dari tiga kamar yang ditawarkan, tidak ada satupun yang terpakai. Kamar pertama sangat lembab, dinding berjamur, kamar kedua sama dan TV nya tidak nyala, kamar ketiga agak besar tapi AC tidak hidup, lembab. Baru masuk kamar ½ jam tiba-tiba ada orang masuk buka pintu tanpa ketok dahulu. Enggak recommended lah.

Tidak sesuai dengan foto yang ada di aplikasi, kamar mandi kotor, ada lampu yang mati, AC tidak dingin. Saya kecewa menginap di sini.

Bed sheets are not clean. And the room air is stuffy.

Dirty bed linen smells of smelly towels, basically uncomfortable.

After we saw some of the rooms. The room is not clean, the sheets look not clean. In the end we didn't stay at this hotel. Please the hotel management to always maintain cleanliness, tidiness so that the environmental conditions of the rooms are healthy. Thanks.

My order room was given to someone else.
