The staff at this hotel are at the top of the best list! Very welcoming and very helpful. A great stay and I will return.

Honestly the hotel has great 5 star potential, the breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and the staff is super kind and helpful. However, I’m aware of some restriction on air conditioning use but the air conditioner at least in my room barely did much but other than that it was a great stay and i got used to it after some time.

Great hotel, fantastic breakfast and easy access to the metro

The room was advertised as having air conditioning. It became clear that the AC wasn’t working. When we asked the front desk, they said AC for the building hadn’t been turned on yet for the season. It was 25°C/77° in our room even with the window open, even though it was only 15°C outside. Stayed that hot all night. Was sweating all night and didn’t get a wink of sleep. Amenities were not as advertised.

Room cleaned every day. Staff polite and helpful, most spoke English, Breakfast was delicious continental, wide choice. Would recommend and go again.

We arrived at the hotel from our cruise @ 10 a.m. and were told we weren't able to check in until 4 pm. No options were provided. We requested twin beds and room at double. The new room provided was for "handicap".

This hotel was very beautiful. When we arrived we were so happy until we got to the room the bed was not comfortable and even though everything looked clean there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. This made our stay unpleasant. Thankfully it was just one night.

My flight was delayed so I checked in at 3am. The room had NO sound insulation. I was woken at 7am with doors slamming and people chatting in the hallway. Was really shattered. The room facilities were super basic in comparison to the facade. Very old air con that blew only cold air. Basic old shower. Really tired looking bed. But it was cheap and clean.

Nice Upscale Hotel near Vatican would recommend

Upon arrival, the place was really impressive. It looks like a true palace. A big plus was free onsite parking. The room was a litttle small but manageable. I called the front desk to ask for a room with a full or queen size bed but there were no more available. They said they would dispatch someone to put the two twin beds together and remake the bed, but nobody showed up. The really annoying thing though was the realization that the walls are paper thin. My wife heard the guy in the next foom snoring all night long. The people in the next room had a conversation seemingly at a very normal volume but we heard every word at 6:00am. Then we heard a sort of triumphant type of music at about 7:00 am from the courtyard. Also a minor complaint was the lack of shampoo in the shower dispenser.
