No doubt the location is great, very close to here and there especially to Aeon Mall and Pasar Bersih, so you could easily get any food and beverage also entertainment at surrounding. For check in/out no essential problem, staff was friendly explain how to turn ON the electricity of the unit. The room and unit itself for 2 BR type quite spacious to bring family member more than 4 persons. But, it is true from the previous review, unluckily that the unit and bedroom itself smelly of cigarette smoke. I think someone had do covering the smoke detector at the unit with black plastic (kresek diplester) so save to light up the cigarette inside the unit without being splash by the sprinkler of fire protection. This is one of the thing that degrading the quality of the room itself. Moreover, the unit looks and feels old with the torn down wallpaper, stain of fungi at the bathroom tile, broken door at the bathroom, some little cockroach walk over here and there, but I believe it is because the unit has been left for some periods. Yes it is true also the spring bed both room are jeblos, turun, so we could not sleep well. Other thing also some lamp bulb were off at the bedroom. I believe it just need to be revitalize the whole room, upgrade it, and rest of it would be great for staycation.

My first experience trying to stay in an apartment, and it turned out to be unsatisfying. Not recommended for me who brought a 2.5 year old child, because as soon as I entered the smell of cigarettes was very strong. Even after opening the balcony door, every time we came from outside the smell of cigarettes could still be smelled. The mattress was also uncomfortable, because it was squeaky. The location is okay because it is close to the mall and modern market, so it is not difficult to find food. But it seems like it will be the first and last experience to find an apartment to stay in.

for a brief review of the room, the room is spacious, there is a place to wash dishes even though there are no cooking utensils. the dispenser works, the AC works but the AC and TV remotes don't work. The WiFi is good but we have to ask the agent first. usually in lodgings there is ALWAYS a paper attached for the password. then what if you don't ask? the WiFi just won't be used. oh yeah for the front office staff service, please improve your hospitality, because we PAY, not just staying. get used to smiling, saying thanx or sorry. when we return the key, we have to say thank you too.

Hopefully the rooms and their contents will be better taken care of, and the staff will be friendlier and more communicative.

Worth it with a capacity of 5 people, each room has a TV. The stove is on. But the mattress sinks hehe.

The hotel staff was very helpful with all the processes while we were there, both before and after our stay.

I've ordered here twice, when I first ordered I got a room with a nice view and near the entrance. When I ordered the second time, it was also good, only the bathroom was lacking.

comfortable several times stay here, the price is in accordance with the facilities and comfort. AC, refrigerator dispenser, wifi, water heater, bathroom equipment is available, TV full internet access works, there are plates and glasses too. recommended from me personally.

The staff is nice, but the sheets are a bit itchy. Otherwise it's okay.

For cleanliness, it is lacking, it should be noted that before people rent an apartment, they should check the electricity token because when we checked in 1 hour later the electricity went out because the token ran out, I panicked because it was dark but then I turned on the flashlight on my cellphone & tried to contact the management.

The sheets were dirty and full of holes and smelled of cigarettes, the mattress and pillows were very thin, very uncomfortable.

Check in should be at 14.00. And I arrived at 16.00 and still had to wait another 15 minutes because the room was being cleaned.

Cleanliness is okay, the room is quite good. Maybe if you come here, just bring mineral water. There is a dispenser but it's better to bring your own drinking water.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved, there are leftover food on the tablecloth, coffee stains on the cup, dust on the floor. There is no telephone in the room, when the staff forgot to give the wifi password, we had to go down the elevator to the reception.
