Good service, near the center, the toilet has a jetted tub that the kids love.

I booked a Premier Mountain view room. The room is super spacious, just like the picture. European royal style design, with a Jacuzzi, bathroom with massage. Spacious dressing room. If only the room had a balcony, it would be 11/10 :) I had an online meeting so I asked to check out 1 hour late, the hotel was still happy and did not charge extra. I really appreciate this. The hotel's location is right at the beginning of Hoang Hoa Tham street, quite close to Binh Minh Oi.

Staff are enthusiastic and cheerful, always available to assist when needed.

Beautiful hotel, royal style, beautiful view. Convenient location in the center. The big minus point is that the hotel smells like sewers, especially the toilets. Although many essential oils have been placed, it still does not improve. Even the hotel lobby smells. The drainage system should be improved.

The room is nice, everything is fine. The receptionist service is good, the only thing is it's too cold and there's no heater. Cold all night 🥹🥹🥹

The room is clean and beautiful, the view is great, the staff is open and friendly, check in and out is very quick. Will book again next time.

Lễ tân lịch sự, vị trí ban đầu khó tìm (vừa vào đường Hoàng Hoa Thám tới ngã ba sẽ có hẻm nhỏ bên phải để lên khách sạn). Hỗ trợ checkin sớm, tuy nhiên cần có người sắp xếp đỗ xe. Nhân viên vệ sinh phòng cần kiểm tra kĩ hơn, lúc tôi đến thì thấy còn đồ lót của khách trước để quên ở cửa sổ bị rèm che lại.

Máy nước nóng của khách sạn chỉ mở được tí . Dg xài thì nó lạnh và không thể nóng lại . Báo khách sạn nhưng bảo trì rồi vẫn như cũ . Phòng rất ồn ào . Vệ sinh phòng hàng ngày không sạch sẽ . Nói chung là một trãi nghiệm rất tệ . Sẽ không quay lại

khách sạn sạch sẽ. có tinh dầu thơm phòng rất dễ chịu và relax. phòng ấm cúng và tinh tế. các chi tiết rất phù hợp với tông chủ đạo chung của ks. vị trí tương đối thuận tiện.
